Located on a very steep hillside (75%), a tiny parcel of Mondeuse which combines young vines and old vines on schistose soil, vinification in vats then aging in demi-muid.

A fresh and crisp red, structured by fine tannins, with subtle notes of black fruits (blackberry, plum) and discreet spices: a rare mondeuse, in every sense of the word.
