Macabeu is a hard to farm variety with compact clusters of thin-skinned grapes, that often gives a vegetable taste, but Amós Bañeres only harvests grapes at full maturity, and thewine is vinified with 3 to 5% of the skins to ensure a good texture and acidity.

The “message in a bottle” transmitted by Amós Bañeres is that of a totally natural approach: after a 6-month breeding on lies, the wine comes with a fine oxidation, a nice fruit and an energetic character.
