Aleatico noir is one of the specialties of the Gradoli vineyard. Here, it is old vines that are delicately vinified in rosé (1 week of maceration) before aging for one year in small tuns to harmonize it.

With its notes reminiscent of muscat, aleatico gives a deliciously aromatic rosé, vinous, generous and fresh at the same time, a wine that bears witness to a singular elegance.
