Pineau d'Aunis is an indigenous and historic, if rare, grape variety in the Loire region, characterised by its red fruit and pepper notes.

The appropriately named "Poivrière" is a cuvée of 100% Pineau d'Aunis: balanced and vibrant, with subtle tannins and a peppery touch.
