Harvest of Grenache Gris macerated for 2 days with the skins, vinification in terracotta amphora (220 l) and end of fermentation in the bottle according to the “ancestral method”, then aging for 10 months before disgorgement.

A rare cuvée with a slightly tinted colour, a natural sparkling wine that combines the charm of the fruit with a juice that is both suave and vibrant, with a beautiful salivating acidity carrying mineral accents.
