Old ungrafted vines of Vostilidi (90 years old) – typical white grape variety of Kefalonia – on limestone-marl soil, natural vinification and aging for 12 months in barrels.

A deep-coloured white, with complex aromas – dried fruit, almond, wax, spices – in a discreetly oxidative register, a textural wine, with a “tannic” note and a fine mineral acidity providing freshness.
