The marriage of three typically Mediterranean grape varieties, Cinsault, Grenache and Alicante teinturier from the Aniane region, vinified by long maceration in whole bunches, with aging for one year in aged barrels. 

Aromatic nuances marked by the garrigue, warm notes that are both spicy and subtle, a very “southern” red.
