Domaine Dominique Derain : vive les bourgognes libres !
One of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy in the 1990s, Dominique Derain's style of winemaking favours fruit and the free expression of the terroir. His are living wines, where authenticity and pleasure go hand in hand. He handed over the estate to Julien Altaber in 2017, but cuvées produced by Dominique Derain himself are becoming ever rarer.
