Frequently Asked Questions

We only accept payment by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). In the event of payment by bank transfer, an email with our bank details will be sent to you when your order is finalized. The wines will be reserved for five days pending payment. 

Once this period has passed, if we have not received your payment, your order is cancelled.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If your wines have not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue an immediate refund to your credit card. In case of payment by bank transfer, please provide us with your bank details at the time of cancellation to make the refund (within 5 days). 

If the wines have already been shipped, you can still cancel your order, but the costs for return shipping will be payable by you. We will send the refund upon receipt of the wines. 

You should have received an email with a tracking number when your order was shipped. First of all, check your unwanted messages (spam). 

If you have not received an email from us, contact us at cave@clownbar.fr. We will check that everything is in order and can provide you with the tracking number. 

If your parcels are damaged, please refuse the delivery and specify the issues on the delivery slip that the deliveryman will ask you to sign.

Send us an email at cave@clownbar.fr and explain the error, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. 

We check the packages and regularly check the quality of the wines. Unfortunately, for these problems inherent to production, we do not issue refunds for corked or seeping bottles. 

We will contact you to notify you of the error. We will send a partial refund for any unavailable bottles and ship the rest of the order.

When several customers order the same wine at the same time, it is possible to buy a wine that is, in fact, out of stock. In case this should happen, we sort the commands in chronological order: first come, first served. We will contact you very soon to inform you of the status of your order.

All available wines are online on the site. We add new references every week; we therefore advise you to check the site regularly.

Yes, the boxes and polystyrene packaging are recyclable. Please put them in waste bins dedicated to recycling.
