Alt Camp is a region in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia. Forests, scrubland and sea winds constitute a privileged environment for the cultivation of the vine as Albert Domingo conceives it on his Tuets estate, a heritage of both vines and traditions acquired from his family, and a breeding ground for his commitment to natural wine.
“Tu ets vi natural”: “You are natural wine” in Catalan, both the expression of the heritage of a tradition and the asserted conviction of the winegrower translated into the name of the estate. It was in 2012 that Albert Domingo made a commitment to organic and natural wine with a vineyard located in the hills of Alt Camp (province of Tarragona, in Catalonia), a region neighboring the Conca de Barberà and Priorat appellations: wood and forests, scrubland and sea wind are conducive to great biodiversity. The Tuets vineyard is located between 500 and 600 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils and produces white Grenache, Parellada, Macabeu, Muscat and Chenin for the whites, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Syrah for the reds. Perfectly natural farming and vinification, without inputs, with a single ambition, that of authenticity and balance; the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir.
