In the vineyards of La Franchaie, on the right bank of the Loire facing south, Cabernet Franc is the majority grape variety: here it is produced as a natural sparkling wine with direct pressed grapes.

This is a fresh sparkling wine with fine bubbles, perfect balance, a lovely vinosity, character and perhaps most importantly, drinkability!
