Maceration with the skins for 8 days for the Pinot Gris and 18 days for the Sauvignon and Chardonnay, aging for 2 years in barrels then blending in stainless steel vats (with a slight dosage of added sulfur) before bottling.

An intense “orange” white, both ample and vigorous, complex in aromas (aromatic herbs, ripe citrus zest) and structure, with a tannic note and a discreet oxidative touch.
