Named after the people of this stony land—known as "peirardié"—this cuvée blends Grenache (from 70 years-old vines), Carignan and Syrah (grown on clay-limestone and galets). Grapes are destemmed and co-fermented, with the gently infused juice then aged in large clay amphorae.

With beautiful aromatic intensity and full body, this fleshy red is layered with spice while retaining the freshness typical of the Ventoux microclimate and the minerality of its terroir. A wine of both character and harmony.
