Late harvest (late November) of botrytised Chenin from hundred-year-old vines. Long fermentation and élevage over the course of 5 years in 400-litre barrels. Around 150g of residual sugar.

A rare, perfectly natural sweet wine. Amber colour, rich, unctuous mouthfeel and delicious complexity combining honeyed notes with candied fruit.
