Zotzenberg is a large, south/southeast-facing terroir with marl, limestone and sandstone soils that have long produced the finest and most renowned Sylvaners - the only Grand Cru terroir (classified since 2005) for this grape variety.

Aged for 36 months on fine lees (in demi-muid and then in vat), this is an authentic Sylvaner Grand Cru: elegant ripe fruit and citrus notes, both freshness and fullness, fine oxidative profile and beautiful saline sapidity.
