Grenache Gris macerated for two days with the skins, vinified in terracotta amphora (220L) and bottle conditioned according to the "ancestral method", then raised for 10 months before disgorging.

A very special, lightly-pigmented, naturally sparkling wine, combining the charm of ripe fruit with a juice at once gentle and vibrant. A mouthwatering acidity carries accents of minerality.
