Typical of Collio, the Ribolla Gialla grape variety – here complemented by Chardonnay – comes from a place called Slatnik, a renowned terroir of Oslavia (municipality of Gorizia), on marl rich in minerals (“ponka”), and macerated for 2 weeks in Cretan “amphoras” of 240 liters.

A white wine with a deep color, with an intense juice in aromas and dense in texture: freshness, body and tannic presence in a harmonious whole stretched by a beautiful minerality.
