Produced from a majority of old vines, this Xarel.lo is matured for 9 month on fine lees in new oak barrels kept at a low temperature.

Intense notes of ripe fruits (apple, exotic fruits), spicy touches, great intensity on the palate, at once fresh and powerful. Serve at around 16°.
