Extremely ripe grapes are macerated for 2 days on the skins before fermenting over the course of one month in stainless-steel vats and a small proportion (5%) in new oak barrels.

Deep orange hue, intense, complex aromas and elegant on the palate, with a long finish. A singular wine. Serve at around 16°.
