A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with small amounts of Poulsard and Trousseau from the 2021 harvest, this méthode traditionnelle produced by adding fermenting vin de paille must to the wine. 13 months on lees, disgorged in April 2023, with no dosage and no sulphur. 

An exceptional crémant, unctuous, with 4 grams of residual sugar, rich with notes of ripe fruits, spicy and toasted notes, fresh and elegant.
