Produced from different plots—of clay-limestone or basaltic soil type—this Ardèche Gamay is vinified with whole grapes in carbonic maceration to enhance its fruit and freshness.

More "southern" than Gamays from the Beaujolais, this red has a beautiful natural fruit freshness (red fruit acidity), but with its own character imparted by the various soil types of the terroir: Ardèche through and through!
