Mainly composed of reds, the Beaune appellation produces rare (5% of the appellation) but remarkable white wines which have the same qualities of frankness, consistency and elegance.

On the hillsides overlooking the town of Beaune, the limestone terroir – such as that of the “climat” 1er Cru des Bressandes – gives the Chardonnay a profile that is both ample and slender, with beautiful aromatic finesse and great distinction.
