Produced from Négrette, the grape local to Fronton, this cuvée in vinified in stainless-steel vats. 7 days of maceration, with half the grapes destemmed and the other half in whole clusters, before 10 months élevage in used barrels.

Fruity and floral notes with subtle spicy notes typical of Négrette and fine tannins.
