A blend that brings out the best of each grape variety, as well as the way they are aged (Grenache in vats, Syrah and Merlot in used barrels). Les Grelots is composed of Grenache (GRE), Merlot (LOT) and Syrah (S), vinified separately with carbonic maceration: a congenial blend that achieves a balance between fruit and power, with a mineral backbone.
