Old vines of forty years of Grenache and seventy years of Carignan, vinification in “millefeuille” alternating in vats the destemmed Grenaches and the Carignans in whole clusters. Aged for 10 months in vats.

Coming from a semi-carbonic maceration which favors the fruit and a gentle extraction, a full red with a nicely “rustic” material marked by the Saint-Chinian Carignan.
