Local grape Malvasia aromatica de Candia (60%), Trebbiano and Ortrugo (with a touch of Sauvignon and Marsanne) are blended to make this pet nat, made by macerating the grapes for 12 days on skins. 

Nice freshness and citrus notes, with aromas from the élevage (bread crust and crumb), a fine texture, with a touch of sapid bitterness.
