A Syrah from the Tarerach granitic arena terroir at an altitude of 550/600 m, low yield, partly whole bunches and partly destemmed.

Vinified with a short maceration then aged in vats, without added sulfur or filtration, a red that is both crunchy and unctuous with notes of fruit and garrigue.
