All the fruitiness of Mondeuse, from plots on limestone or schist soils, this is a direct red wine produced by carbonic maceration, with a profile that is both earthy and light. 

The Champ Levat cuvée captures the crisp, fruity character of Mondeuse, with floral and subtly spicy notes. A certain simplicity that is not simplistic, an easy-drinking wine with presence and a fine, light texture.
