A signature blend from the Savoie, showcasing the personality of Jacquère – the dominant variety here – and the characteristics of extended (several weeks) maceration of the grapes with their skins. Aged in barrels.

Jacquère – from old vines, full of ripeness in the rich 2018 vintage – expressed here at its finest, enhanced by a judicious addition of Roussanne and a touch of Altesse: synthesising the best of the Savoie, it balances fresh liveliness (citrus), aromatic complexity, tannic texture from the maceration and a vibrant mineral character.
