A grape variety with ancient roots in the vineyards of Savoie (and Bugey), rediscovered after its near disappearance due to the phylloxera plague, Mondeuse stands out for its distinct aromatic personality and structure that bestows its good ageing potential.

From a tiny parcel of young and old vines on a steep, schist-rich slope (75%), vinified in vats and then aged in demi-muids: a rare Mondeuse, fresh and crisp, structured by fine tannins, with subtle notes of black fruit (blackberry, plum) and delicate spices.
