The Gamay d'Auvergne, on volcanic soil, is vinified here “à la bourguignonne”: long maceration of the destemmed grapes, and aging in barrels (not new).

The estate's most ambitious cuvée reveals a beautiful dense juice with notes of black fruits (blackberry) and a sappy substance that does honor to the terroir.
