A white cuvée from a cool Banyuls terroir (300 m altitude, northern exposure), with gray and white Grenaches from old vines (80 years old) vinified by direct pressing and a complement (20%) of gray Carignans and white from young vines vinified in short carbonic maceration. Aging in barrels of 2/3 wines.

Beautiful intense, concentrated and harmonious juice which develops complex aromatic notes and a strong feeling of energy: the combination of the character of the terroir and the requirement of the winegrower.
