The lesser-known appellation of Falerio is defined by its blend of local white grapes Pecorino and Passerina, alongside the Tuscan Trebbiano.

Pecorino and Passerina (50%) and Trebbiano (50%) on clay-limestone soils: a dry white wine with floral (jasmine) and fruity (apple, pear) notes, with a touch of hay, at once angular and unctuous.
