A red grape variety endemic to the Monferrato region of Piedmont, Grignolino is distinguished by its delicate colour and aromas, as well as its frank and pleasant vinosity.

After a long maceration (3 months, with punching down), this Grignolino offers a subtle colour, floral and fruity notes, as well as a full, rich body well-balanced between acidity and tannins.
