This white grape variety, typical and exclusive to the Savoie – dominating on the clay-limestone soil of the Cluse de Chambéry, particularly in the Marches, where the grapes for La Petite Robe are grown – Jacquère stands out for its natural liveliness and freshness.

A harvest characterised both by the ripeness of the rich 2018 vintage and by the grape's natural acidity. Short carbonic maceration (whole fruit) followed by ageing in wooden casks. Marked by nuances of white fruit and flowers, a hint of spice and a tannic, mineral and saline touch adding complexity.
