A typical grape variety in Catalan soil, on both sides of the Pyrenees, Macabeu offers – on condition that its freshness and acidity are preserved – white wines with good constitution and good balance.

With direct pressing and aging on the lees in vats, an ample wine, with a good balance between fat and liveliness, a fluidity that makes it a frank white.
