From a marl terroir with a limestone subsoil, facing due south – in the lieu-dit of Les Trouillots – this is a generous expression of the Trousseau variety. The fruit is de-stemmed, then vinified and aged in vats and barrels on fine lees, delivering all its aromatic potential and rich texture.
