A blend of old vines of Palomino (80%) - a grape we're more used to seeing in Andalusia (Jerez) - and Doña Branca - a typical Galician variety - vinfied with 5 days of skin contact. Elevage in terracotta tinajas.

Fine floral aromas and notes of ripe fruit, with a lovely saline acidity on the finish. A vibrant wine.
