Small appellation but great wines! Adjoining the Grands Crus of Gevrey, the 1er Cru Les Monts Luisants, at an altitude of 350 m on gravelly limestone soil, is one of the most prestigious names in the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation.

With its poor limestone, the 1er Cru Les Monts Luisants offers “fine” Pinot Noir from old vines, concentrated and imbued with a beautiful minerality: a dense but subtle red, with complex fruity and floral aromas, with a beautiful harmonious texture. Rewards cellaring.
