The complementarity of blending Sauvignon (both Blanc and Gris) – a specialty of the Saint-Bris appellation – Aligoté (vinified here with 10-day whole-cluster maceration) and classic Burgundian Chardonnay.

A new form of balance – particularly in the context of climate change – sought in a white Burgundy that is almost "experimental", playing on the complementarity of grape varieties to offer a wine that is both rich and creamy, pure and fresh, with a note of salinity.
