A white from mostly old Pansa Blanca vines (50-80 years old), with part of the grapes vinified by direct pressing and part vinified by short maceration with the skins. The blend is aged on lees in stainless steel vats.

The terroir, the age of the vines and the winemaker's choices are fully expressed: a juice with fruit and floral notes, both ample and endowed with an elegant tension, with an iodized nuance that signs its Mediterranean character.
