A mutation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc is a minority grape in Alsace, often overlooked and typically vinified in blends. However, when vinified on its own, especially from old vines like this, and crafted with the utmost care, it reveals its true character: a fresh, unctuous wine with excellent drinkability.

Made from a selection of old vines. Silken white fruit (pear) notes with a rich texture, accompanied by a subtle minerality that enhances and lengthens the finish.
