Barbera, a red grape variety with a beautiful natural acidity, in this cuvée yields a crisp juice from the 2017 harvest. After a long “infusion” (about 30 days), the second fermentation is generated naturally by the addition of must from the 2018 harvest. 

In a style typical of the Emilia tradition, a frank and vinous “frizzante” red, energetic, with tasty notes of red fruits.
