Ribolla Gialla - Rebula in Slovenian - is the emblematic grape variety of both the Italian region of Collio and Goriska Brda in Slovenia. This grape benefits from long maceration on the skins, which allows it to reveal its full complexity and the terroir's minerality. 

After a 2-week maceration in concrete vats, the wine is aged for 3 years on lees in acacia barrels. This white offers notes of flowers and dried herbs, with a hint of resin, its texture is both full-bodied and elegant.
