Located in Nothalten on a crescent-shaped hillside, very sunny, with poor stony and sandy soil, a “hill of monks” (Muenchberg) Grand Cru particularly dedicated to Riesling. 

Subtle aromatic range (fruits, exotic fruits, citrus fruits, fine spices), a texture that is both dense, taut and opulent, with a finish where mineral freshness dominates.
