From a marl terroir dating to the Triassic period, typical of the Jura winegrowing area, this is a selection of Savagnin grapes from two specific locations in Arbois (“En Spois”) and Montigny-lès-Arsures (“La Vasée”).

Owing its oxidative note to ageing in barrels “sous voile” (under a veil of yeast) in the characteristic style of vin jaune, though for a shorter period (33 months): offering power (from the “En Spois” terroir) and freshness (from the “La Vasée” terroir), with remarkable aromatic and taste complexity and great length in the mouth.
