On the characteristic schists of the Savennières and La Possonnière hillsides, Chenin has found its ideal terroir to express its personality, complexity and full expressive potential.

Pressed in whole bunches, made in sandstone "egg" containers (400 litres) and matured on fine lees, this is an intense, deep white, marked by the saline minerality of the terroir. Promises to age well.
