Pure Friulano – formerly called “tocai” Friulano, here renamed with the palindrome “jakot” – destemmed and macerated with the skins for ten days in open vats, then end of fermentation in barrels.

An amber white with notes of fruit (citrus, apricot) and candied fruit, aromatic herbs and spices (ginger), with body and character.
