Excluding the Cheverny appellation (due to the mono-varietal), a rare and marginal cuvée reserved for the oldest Gamay vines (60 years old) of the estate only in vintages with a particularly favorable climate.

On clay-siliceous soil, the old vines of Gamay deliver rich notes of ripe black fruits discreetly nuanced with spices and matched with a fine mineral acidity: a balanced wine with a long finish.
