Laureano Serres took over his family vineyards in 1999, situated in the appellation area of Terra Alta, southwest of Priorat, in the province of Terragona, Catalonia. Serres quickly developped the 5-hectare domain in favour of a viticulture and vinification methods without chemical inputs, becoming an authoritative figure in the world of natural wine in Spain. One-of-a-kind, he is a truly independant and inventive maker, producing often original cuvées distinguished by their unique, even inimitable character.

The Grenache Tintorera is no other than Alicante Bouschet, a Grenache x Petit-Bouschet hybrid (itself a crossbreeding between Aramon x Teinturier du Cher): this is an original red, mild and round with notes of spice and chocolate.
